XV is a premium referral organisation focussing on relationships, results, and return on investment.

New coaches need cashflow, clients and traction. XV has been created to provide a referral team of fourteen other non-competing businesses that commit to supporting each other with referrals and market intelligence. Coaches will be paid to facilitate each team, which helps provide the cashflow to build their practice.

The Teams

Each XV team is facilitated by a qualified coach, who has either completed the Business Coaching Playbook program, and wishes to coach, or is an experienced coach who has completed the XV Facilitator Training, and been allocated a team. No member competes for referrals, and each member helps the other be successful through sharing referrals to clients.
